We have two buildings located in the The Cargo District, Wilmington’s first shipping container community - celebrating art, innovation, and social enterprise. Our eco-friendly village is crafted from upcycled shipping containers and reclaimed buildings, offering a blend of residential and commercial spaces, coworking offices, and a new food truck park!
